30-day return policy
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Returns need to be sent to 1372 N. Goldenrod Rd. Suite 22 Orlando, FL 32807. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact them immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods such as ear buds and antenna headphones. To ensure you get what you want, return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Once they’ve received and inspected your return, they will notify you and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
